Founded by Thierry Mugler in Paris in 1973, the house entered SSFW with 50 collections from 1992–2026. A dated marker is the 1995 "Les Insectes" couture collection, where sculpted, armor-like silhouettes pushed Mugler’s body-construction language into fantasy territory.
